Carolina Catholic chats with two authors, Jason Jones and Dann Aungst
For our first October show, we meet two warriors for our faith: Jason Jones, a human rights activist saving lives around the globe and the lives of the unborn, and Dann Aungst, a Certified Addiction Counselor, who has dedicated his life to helping others fight to reclaim their lives from addiction. Jason speaks to us about his newest book, Dispatches from the Great Campaign: Defending Lives on the Front Line, and how losing his daughter to abortion changed the trajectory of his life and how he produces movies like Bella and responds to human crises in Gaza, Ukraine, and elsewhere in order to do God's will. In Dann's book, Winning the Battle for Sexual Purity: Forged in the Fire of Love, Dann gives us a Catholic-centered guide to help others recover, with God's help, from this form of addiction.
This show will air on Wilmington Catholic Radio's station, 93.1 FM, on Saturdays at 11 am and Sundays at 6 pm on the first two weekends of October. You can listen on-line live by clicking on the Listen Now tab. Or, listen 24/7 by going to the Carolina Catholic tab and clicking on the show page.
